Twin Sisters Give Birth On The Same Day

Aiden and Donavyn didn’t wait until new year’s day to come screaming into the world, but the circumstances of their births are still pretty special: The babies were born about two hours apart to Ohio mothers who are identical twins.

News: Justin Timberlake dreamed of being a "comedic sitcom actor"

He says he's lucky to be doing music and acting

Justin Timberlake's first dream was to be a comedic actor.
Although the multi-talented star is flying high in both the music and movie industries, promoting new flick Runner Runner and his second cut of The 20/20 Experience, he grew up dreaming of appearing in TV sitcoms.
Speaking to The Metro he revealed: "I am glad I decided to become a musician first because it is like nothing else. Growing up I thought for sure that I was going to be some sort of comedic sitcom actor.
"My treat before bedtime was to stay up at the news and watch Cheers, Three's Company or Sanford and Son with my parents. Being that type of actor is what I wanted to do."

"But you can never fathom how a career is going to pan out and certainly, where I am now, I really don't want to squander this sort of luck."
The 32-year-old stars in Runner Runner alongside Ben Affleck and explained why he has actively chosen to land supporting roles in his movie career so far.
"I have enjoyed playing the antagonist, probably because I get to play the protagonist in my music so much," he said.
Justin also spoke about his latest musical offering. The first part of the record, The 20/20 Experience, was released back in March and topped charts all over the world. This second instalment has a darker feel, and Justin wants fans to listen to the album in full without interruption.
"I want people to put it on and not touch it, and leave it to play for an hour," the star said. "The sequence is important; in a loose, linear fashion you can tell a bit of a story of a story in your album."

Rihanna wins Topshop ban

Pop star Rihanna has won a permanent ban against a U.K. clothing chain she sued for selling T-shirts emblazoned with her image.

The singer took Topshop bosses to court over their 'Rihanna Tank', which featured a snap taken by a freelance photographer without her permission on the set of her We Found Love music video in 2011.

In the latest ruling on Wednesday (25Sep13), the Umbrella hitmaker was granted an injunction preventing Topshop from using her image on products in the future.

Topshop chiefs were also ordered to pay Rihanna's estimated $1.4 million (£919,000) legal fees, and told they must pay $300,000 (£200,000) of the costs within 14 days - but the judge gave brand bosses permission to appeal against the costs order.

In July (13), Rihanna won her battle against Topshop after Mr Justice Birss ruled in her favour, insisting the fashion firm had 'passed off' the garments as endorsed T-shirts.

Tupac's Mom Sues for $1.1 Million Rap Money Is Mine

You haven't met a protective mother until you've met Tupac's mom ... she's now suing over unpaid royalties stemming from the late rapper's posthumous album ... to the tune of $1.1 million.

Afeni Shakur -- the co-administrator of Tupac's estate -- filed the lawsuit against a company called Entertainment One, claiming it breached a contract to pay Tupac's estate royalties on "Beginnings: The Lost Tapes," which was released in June 2007.

According to the suit, E1 purchased the rights to Tupac's music (previously owned by Death Row Records) in July. FYI, Death Row went bankrupt in 2006.
Afeni claims E1 now owes Tupac's estate $1.1 million ... and it better pony up fast. She also wants E1 to hand over the master recordings of all Tupac's unreleased music.

Hell hath no fury like a mother scorned. Calls to E1 weren't returned.
